Origin is a 75-unit wood-frame project by Porte Development that will feature a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units as well as some two-level loft homes. Prices start in the low $200s. This project is located at the SE corner of University High Street and Tower Road, just south of the elementary school and immediately adjacent to the new Nesters Market and the other shops and services along High Street. Sales for this project are now underway.
