Current Developments
Currently, two new home projects are moving forward at UniverCity.
Origin is a 75-unit wood-frame project by Porte Development that will feature a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units as well as some two-level loft homes. Prices start in the low $200s. This project is located at the SE corner of University High Street and Tower Road, just south of the elementary school and immediately adjacent to the new Nesters Market and the other shops and services along High Street. Sales for this project are now underway.

Nest is a 79-unit wood-frame project by Mosaic Homes. This project will offer a mix of one and two-bedroom units with prices starting in the low $200s, along University High Street also across from the new elementary school and very close to the shops and services along University High Street. Sales for Nest will begin in September 2010.
